Land of Nepal is landlocked by China and India. In the world, Nepal is in the 2nd list in water resources. Melting of snow from high Himalaya creates more than 5000 rivers. Most of them are fast flowing and suitable for rafting. Trishuli River is one of them. In Nepal, mostly rafting is famous for this river. Those who have limited holiday rafting will be excellent river trip to perform. Rafting in Trishuli River is risky as water flow very fast over here. Many huge challenges of rapids create difficulty in rafting. This is in the category of adventurous activity. Doing rafting will be full of fun.

Trisuli River is very close to Kathmandu. Within a drive of 2 hours, we reach our spot Charaudi. From here we start rafting. At the first day, we choose our place and set camp. Utilizing some leisure time we can do fishing, swimming, singing and dancing. Having a good night rest we prepare for rafting. We perform numerous exciting rapids. Some of them are Monkey rapid, Upset, Surprise, Ladies Delight, Snail’s nose, Malekhu rapid, Teendevi, S Bend, Highway etc. Rapids decreases the frequency of water and slow down the flow of water. Like this our rafting is completed and we back to Kathmandu.

Before starting our rafting we are given safety measures. If we go beyond our guides saying our life will be at risk. Rafting in Trishuli River is favourable in time of summer. Detail Itinerary

Day 01: Kathmandu to Charaudi

It is time to start our rafting. We will have breakfast and make preparation for rafting. We will drive up to Charaudi in private company jeep. The lunch program is made on the highway. In around 4 hours we reach our destination. At first, we will complete all preparation for tomorrow. Finishing our all work we will have some leisure time. In the leisure time fishing can be done. Lastly, we will return back to our camp.

Day 02: Rafting in Trisuli River

Having our breakfast we will start our rafting. Before starting rafting in Trishuli River, our guide will provide all the instruction of safety methods and other necessity. We need to clearly take instruction and be ready for rafting. Doing rafting in Trishuli River will be full of fun. In this duration, there will be an award of natural beauty surrounding all around us. For lunch and some rest, we will stop our rafting. A few moments later we will again do continue our rafting. It will go for the whole day long. Finishing our task we will be quite tired. For removal of our tiredness, we can set campfire, sing, dance with our group in remaining time.

Day 03: Return back to Kathmandu

Completing our task we will pack our all things and be ready to return back to Kathmandu. We have our breakfast and start our returning journey. While returning we get plenty of times. The lunch program is made on the highway. In around 4 hours we will be in Kathmandu. Lastly, we will return to our hotel. This is how rafting in Trishuli River is ended. Taking some rest we can again visit the Kathmandu area.
