TRAVEL INSURANCE

The insurance should cover cancellations, accidents, health, and emergency evacuation and personal life. You must purchase comprehensive travel insurance against medical and natural calamity and you must submit us their insurance policy documents in the meantime of booking the trip. The client only needs to be covered on the policy for the days you actually be trekking and the client must have comprehensive travel insurance packages. It should provide adequate protection for the full duration of the tour to cover personal injury, death, helicopter rescues, and adequate cover for baggage. And this is strongly suggested to all our clients.

Cancellations policies

We understand a thing happens and plans changes and we can generally rescheduling you at no extra charge if your travel dates change. If the client is not able to make their trip or want to cancel the trip then the payment you have given or the advance which you pay in the company will not return because that advance is already used in the local airport. And you don’t want to waste you your advance then you can postpone or transfer your booking to another person. And if you need to cancel for any reason, your initial deposit is good for life to remain securely on file until you are ready to use it.

Bank deposit

To make a booking you must send us a complete booking form at least 30 days period with full payments and you can pay us through money transfer to our bank account. In the time of the booking of the trekking, first of all, you must pay 30% of the total trip cost to be paid at the main time of the booking the packages. We required a deposit on all the treks before you arrive and the remaining balance should be paid in a major currency and the bank service charge should be paid by the clients themselves at the time of the deposit.

Passport and Visas

All the valuable clients must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from returns dates and Nepalese visas can be obtained from the Nepalese consulate when you arrive in the airport of the Kathmandu valley which is the capital city of Nepal. We suggest you bring the photo with you although they can be obtained on arrival for a small fee and you have obtained the appropriated visas when travelling with Forever Trek Nepal.

About the Domestic flight Delays to Lukla

It is possible to be the domestic flight delay because the weather conditions in the Himalayas can change rapidly and aviation schedules are not as reliable as you might expect. We will provide transport to and from the airport if this is required at no extra cost and we will book your flight to Lukla soon after you pay the deposit for the trek and send us your passport details.

Extra Cost and Exclusion

If you want to spend extra days in then you will have to pay the extra cost. When you are in Kathmandu valley we only included breakfast and when we will in the trekking all the meals are included. We don’t include the drinking water at the time of trekking because in trekking you have to buy drinking water by yourself. We also suggest you plan or having extra found available in cash or on credit card in case you need to book.

Acclimatization and Fitness

We will handle all the changes in your Lukla flight if your schedule is changed at no extra cost. We will agree to assume all risks associated with the journey to the maximum extent permitted by Nepalese law. Trekkers have to fit and healthy because we have to walk for 6 to 9 hours of daily walking.

Solo Trekkers

We generally don’t charge solo traveller any extra fee and the solo travellers can expect their own hotel rooms on the trek as well upon request. You are aware that travel within a group may involve compromise to accommodate the diverse desire and physical abilities of the group member.

Uncomplicated Trek

If this is the case please understand that we do not offer any refunds for unused days on the trek which is sometimes the case that trekkers finish ahead of schedule.

Currency

The remaining amount to be paid in Kathmandu prior to trip departure and you need to submit a copy of each passport to our office through email including two photos of passport size.

Payment by Indian Traveler

The remaining balance should be paid in Indian Rupees or another major currency at the Forever Trek Nepal office in Kathmandu at the time of your arrival. You can expect to receive an updated invoice from us within 24 to 48 hours of making on online payment. You can deposit can be made through our online payment gateway or directly to our Indian account.
